- Tank and Tankless Water Heaters – de-scale and/or sediment flush, safety inspection, anode rod removal and check. Also includes a minor service cleaning on any water sediment screens, condesate traps or air intakes.*
- Water Pressure Measurement and Adjustment*
- Water Softener check*
- Water Quality Test
- Well Tank and Filter System check*
- Drain Fixtures tested for Proper Flow
- Exercising of all accessible Water Shut-Off Valves
- Visual inspection of exposed Piping
- Performance and Leak Checks – on all your:

A/C Check-Ups Includes:
